This is pub food but it has been raised up a notch or ten. The menu has plenty to choose from, I had the filet mignon which was cooked perfectly and I wasn't up for the creamed spinach that came with it and had no problem swapping it for steamed broccollini which along with some snow peas were cooked to crunchy perfection. My partner had the pork belly which was delicious but was a huge slab which got a bit much but I guess you get your money's worth. We went on a packed Saturday night and from ordering to eating couldn't have been more than 20 minutes. All staff were lovely and from what I could see all diners looked happy. We were stuffed after dinner as the serves are quite generous so there was no need for a starter or dessert. Will go back on my next visit.
