Great atmosphere, good food

Came here on the recommendation of a friend. Arrived at 5.30pm on Friday for a drink, place was almost filled by 6pm. Obviously a favourite with the locals as the friendly but efficient staff greeted many by name.
We shared a saganaki which was simple and tasty and I had a filet mignon which was tender, came with simple veggies and was served like your mum would serve it - definitely not fancy or pretentious. Dessert was quince/apple crumble with cream and ice cream which was delicious. There was even a Friday night raffle supporting local charities. Cost $134 for 3 glasses of wine, one entree, 2 mains and one dessert. Well worth a visit.
