Our famous pub restaurant is open 7 days a week from 12pm-11pm serving lunch from 12-3pm and dinner from 5:30-9pm. Our atmosphere is warm, casual and friendly, our food is diverse, sustainable and generous and our drink is craft, extensive and sophisticated.
We take bookings for groups larger than 20 otherwise just come on down and enjoy.

The Farmers Arms Art Motel is your perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. It is unlike any other motel as all ten of our rooms along with our 3-bedroom heritage house are luxuriously appointed and feature curated artworks from a rotating artist that changes every two months.

Since 1857, many guests have walked through our doors and through eating, drinking and laughing the night away, they have created a special magic that gives our pub its unique character. The Farmers Arms offers the perfect blend of country charm combined with a sophisticated menu, extensive wine and beer offering and down-to-earth service.

Whilst we offer a relaxed style of service, our menu is far from typical pub food, making us one of the most popular places to eat in Daylesford. We are absolutely dedicated to sourcing the best quality local produce for our changing seasonal menu, which has both European and Asian influences. Many of our dishes are gluten-free and vegetarian friendly! We also have 16 local, craft and international beers on tap as well as an extensive wine list to suit everyone’s taste.

Unlike other Daylesford restaurants, we do not require you to make a booking so just come to the bar and order your food and drink and we will set up a tab for you. If you are particularly keen on securing a table, we highly recommend you arrive as early as possible. If by chance we are full when you arrive, we can always accommodate you and your guests at the bar for a short wait and a drink.
